Cassey Ho

After teaching Pilates at a local gym, Cassey fell in love with group fitness and began posting her POP Pilates^® videos online. These videos were the beginning of her popular fitness channel, Blogilates. Now, Cassey is the CEO of her own company, oGorgeous Inc., and does everything from designing activewear to choreographing classes for other certified POP Pilates^® instructors across the country.
